Pastis Group

Founded in 2009, Pastis Group was born with the opening of Pastis Bistro, Hong Kong's first informal all-day dining French restaurant. Pastis Group, owned by Olivier Caisson, consists of five restaurants and a wine shop across Hong Kong Island, from Quarry Bay to Sai Ying Pun with a focus on neighborhood locations. For us it is all about creating friendly, convivial spaces where people can relax, unwind and enjoy a taste of Europe in amongst the hustle and bustle of Hong Kong. We aim to deliver on attentive service, amazing food and delicious wines consistently across each of our venues.
