Pathology is at the core of diagnosing diseases, guiding treatment, and understanding outbreaks, yet it often gets overshadowed by other fields in healthcare. Consequently, many future healthcare professionals, especially medical and veterinary students, are not interested in specializing in pathology. We are working to bridge this gap and make students aware of how interconnected pathology and other fields in healthcare are. We are doing this by promoting the value of pathology through many of our activities and projects such as workshops, collaborations, partnerships, challenges, educational campaigns, outreaches, scholarships, and mentorship programs
