PathoSense is a spin-off from Ghent University and developed a complete sample-collection-to-diagnostic interpretation platform for infectious diseases in veterinary medicine using nanopore sequencing. Without prior knowledge, a full overview of all pathogens in a sample can be given. We are currently scaling this platform by setting up partnerships with veterinary diagnostic laboratories in Europe.
Furthermore, PathoSense is an Oxford Nanopore Technologies Certified Services Provider and we offer fast and complete bacterial whole genome sequencing, microbiome analysis and viral whole genome sequencing. We are not just a sequencing provider but want to understand your question and help you in the best way possible to obtain biologically meaningful insights from your data.
