The CYMI program begins with a thorough induction, including paperwork, healthcare sign-ups, and an introduction to the 9 Dimensions framework. This framework covers nine key areas: Spiritual, Physical, Intellectual, Financial Wellness, Occupational, Environmental, Social, Creative, and Emotional. Participants select and work on actions within these dimensions over a six-month period, with progress assessed through a semi-independent checklist reviewed every six weeks.
The program emphasises building a structured routine and maintaining a positive environment. Participants are expected to engage actively, attend keywork sessions, and uphold cleanliness standards. Movement between levels is based on meeting requirements and maintaining progress, with clear criteria for advancement and potential demotion.
