Consulting and fee development services around real estate development projects - multifamily value add and ground up, BTR, single family infill, and commercial redevelopment. Consulting on community development finance tools including LIHTC, NMTC, HTC, philanthropic sources, and various other obscure sources of funds. As a third party development project manager, I work on multifamily renovation projects, ground up, and adaptive reuse projects, handling the following for clients: -Identifying and executing the Critical Path priorities to advance the project -Creating a Development Plan for the project -Creating and/or revising financial models -Performing pre-development and development services -Negotiating contracts with General Contractors regarding scope, timing, pricing, selections. -Shepherding the development process to completion and occupancy including managing the project during construction. -Coordinating weekly meetings to move projects along the critical path schedule.
