Creative Direction I’m a multidisciplinary designer that specialises in working with clients on logo creation, brand development and campaigns. Annual reports, books, brochures and flyers. Posters and banners, menus and point of sale (POS). Environmental graphics, signage, way-finding and vehicle livery. Branded apparel and products. Social media and web graphics. Design Thinking Using a human-centered design research methodology to probe, assess and evaluate. Facilitating workshops and conducting interviews. I love working with others to find the patterns in things and can clearly communicate research findings by producing visually compelling presentations and documents. User Centered Design + Research The methods of research I use include usability testing, surveys, interviews, competitive benchmarking, affinity and flow diagrams, mapping and wireframes. Ability to collaborate with beneficiaries and other stakeholders to co-create desired solutions. Project Management Run weekly work in progress meetings to assess teams’ workload. Update workload lists and refer to administration and project objective to keep in line with schedule. Issue fees, ensure team deliver the project work effectively and in a timely manner. Liaise with all key players to confirm deadlines are realistic and within budget. Client + Designer Partnerships Every client I’ve worked with is unique and the creative solutions we craft together were just as inimitable. A great client-designer partnership is fundamental to great design solution. My aim is always to become a trusted partner who inspires and enables my clients to achieve their goals. Staff Support + Mentoring I enjoy mentoring and coaching people. The rewards are wonderful. Being available to provide support and guidance to staff during all stages. Providing feedback and rewarding them with further challenges and responsibility.
