Pause + Purpose

A sacred space for anyone to invoke deep realizations through the nurturing support of meditation, yoga, healing workouts, and circling. Our signature adult gatherings are the full wellness experience in just 60 or 75 min: meditation, supportive group discussion, sound, journaling, and different levels of movement—from lie-down, to yoga, to cardio. We also offer mindfulness classes for kids. Everything is in person at our downtown Westport studio overlooking the water. It’s a guaranteed weekly support group for deep changes that will last a lifetime. We hold weekly classes and encourage you to attend the same one each week. Even if you skip a few each season, you will start to build up a reliable support team of like-minded friends. That’s where the magic happens.
