Since 1993, Person Centered Services has been dedicated to serving individuals with developmental and/or psychiatric disabilities. Our focus is on the biological, psychological and social needs of the clients we serve. Every member of the PCS staff values, respects, and appreciates individuality, as well as each persons specific aspirations and unique circumstances. It is our role to facilitate the developmental process by providing an appropriate climate where self-exploration, self-understanding and personal growth can occur.
All PCS clients are encouraged to participate with our staff in the creation and development of their own personal program. PCS also employs ongoing clinical support to help develop and monitor each behavior plan, with priority attention given to any medical, psychiatric, health, criminal justice or safety issues. Each service deemed necessary stresses personal value while offering holistic learning experiences.
We strongly believe that the process of attaining personal objectives is just as important as the outcome itself. Therefore, the goal of each individual program is to bring about the process of growth within our clients. It is this process of growing that allows a person to really take hold and embrace life.
PCS serves as a vendor for the Valley Mountain Regional Medical Center in California.
