Dear gourmets and friends! We are proud to present our small family owned business www.PECORELLA.ch who is producing his own olive oil in Sicily near Selinunte… All handpicked and cold pressed at the same day. Our oil is more a "food conditioner" than a classical olive oil. Due to a very early harvesting during the first days of October the result is a grass green very spicy (peppery) tasteful product. Within only a couple of weeks it is bottled unfiltered and exported to Switzerland where it's distributed and sold. Curious? We are looking forward to getting in contact with you!
