Penn Kidney Disease Screening and Awareness Program, or Penn KDSAP, works with community organizations to provide free community health screenings, including a physician consultation, in underserved neighborhoods throughout Philadelphia.
PennKDSAP is the only student organization at the University of Pennsylvania devoted to kidney health and one of few undergraduate organizations to offer medical and clinical service. Our community health screenings encompass screening for kidney disease and co-morbidities such as hypertension, diabetes, and obesity.
