Pentahold

Pentahold is a financial-industrial holding company whose objective is the acquisition of companies in the context of a long-term investment perspective and to support these companies in their growth and expansion. Pentahold was established in 2006 with this objective in mind and is managed independently, with five entrepreneurs as the main shareholders. Pentahold holds a quite unique position in the Belgian private equity market with committed funds totaling an amount of more than 100 million EUR. Pentahold is deeply familiar with the context of industrial companies and is totally independent of investment banks and other financial or industrial groups. The investment philosophy focuses on companies with a professional and focused management that have the potential to build the company and to systematically create long-term shareholder value.
