Hi, my name is People Coaching Works SB! I’m 11 years old this year & I’ve been guided by this mantra; “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, therefore isn’t an act but a habit.” So with this habit, I’ve grown from a normal coaching company to a very “experiential leadership development” one. I've been inspired to appreciate the various challenges leaders encounter in their quest for leadership excellence. I’ve seen all kinds of leaders & I’ve heard many good & bad stories about how these leaders treat other people in the organisation. Tell you more about my track record in future posts. Fast forward to today, I’m proud to tell you that I’m a Gamified Leadership Assessment And Development company. In simple terms, I set up a gaming environment to facilitate experiential leadership development to happen in a gay (as in happy and not the other meaning), attentive, motivating, engaging and relevant to learning approach. As a Gamified Leadership Assessment And Development company, I conduct Gamified assessment sessions to measure leadership strengths. The outcome of the assessment process provides a clear picture to the leader on where he or she stands in relation to the effectiveness of his or her leadership excellence. I don’t like to leave these leaders hanging in the middle of the air because knowing where they stand without providing them a solution to get better is like throwing them out of an airplane without parachute! So to complete my dedicated support for lasting leadership development excellence, I also provide core leadership competencies development through the CLEAR Program suite. There are many leadership competencies that leaders can develop. To me, the following five competencies are absolutely essential for all leaders to excel - communication, leadership coaching, entrepreneurship, adaptability and results orientation.
