People’s First Consult (PFC) was registered and incorporated under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990 on 3rd July, 2014. The company has a close affiliation to BeamLight Foundation, a non-governmental organization (NGO) registered under the Corporate Affairs Commission of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on 31st May, 2012.

The causes of this unhappiness and dissatisfaction may not be limited to job insecurity, low motivation, low line of sight (not being able to tie future hope to what you are currently doing), work-related stress, low pay but, also to the fear of the uncertainty of the future. This uncertainty and bleakness of life is as a result of not knowing how and when to actually start planning for the future.
