Perfect Place Properties is owned and operated by Tanner Rush, and has partnered with Keller Williams Metro Center to ensure the best possible experience for every client! Tanner Rush was born and raised here in the Richmond area and has spent all but 3 years of his life living in Midlothian. Tanner attended Virginia Commonwealth University and earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship. His skills in analysis and marketing give him a unique insight into how to find the best deals for buyers and market properties more effectively for sellers. Tanner served in the U.S. Army as a Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Specialist, training service members on how to respond to those hazards. Tanner learned the skills of leadership, teamwork, and organization unique to the armed forces, and brings them to bear in his Real Estate career to better serve buyers and sellers. Tanner entered the Real Estate world in order to take control of his career path, meet new people, and help people accomplish their goals of homeownership. Whatever the needs of a buyer or seller, Tanner is there to help. Tanner is married and lives with his wife Mary as well as their small zoo of two dogs, two cats, two snakes, and a bearded dragon. He spends his free time flying and racing FPV drones, fishing, and spending time with his family and friends.
