Gibbon Bridge Hotel & Restaurant

Gibbon Bridge was established in 1982 when Janet Simpson and her mother decided to diversify from farming. What started as a barn, evolved into six bedrooms and a bar and the business continued to grow, into the hotel and country estate it is now, complete with an award-winning country hotel with 30 bedrooms and 23 acres of award winning gardens, including tennis courts and a helipad! 40 years on, it is still Janet's home and passion, and she enjoys nothing more than sharing it with others, for all manner of functions, including weddings. Her ethos has always been to make you feel at home here too and able to relax and enjoy our gardens, the fabulous scenery and our locally sourced food.
