Performance Excellence Northwest (PENW)

Performance Excellence Northwest (PENW) is dedicated to making the Pacific Northwest a better place to live, learn and work by helping organizations achieve superior results through the use of the Baldrige Performance Excellence framework. This model is internationally recognized standard for performance evaluation and improvement. PENW is a Baldrige Alliance member and is one of approximately 30 state and regional programs in the nation. There are over 100 performance or business excellence programs around the world. PENW educates organizations in performance excellence management and administers the only recognition program for performance excellence in the Pacific Northwest (WA, OR, ID and AK). We partner with Pacific Northwest organizations dedicated to improving their performance. Our main areas of focus are: * Providing education and training to organizations throughout all customer lifecycle phases of their improvement journey * Helping organizations achieve best-in-class levels of performance * Identifying and recognizing role-model organizations * Identifying and sharing best management practices, principles, and strategies PENW recognizes organizations that have demonstrated exceptional performance excellence. These organizations are seen as models for organizations throughout the Pacific Northwest and the nation who seek outstanding results.
