It involves both personality development and increasing the ability to interact and to communicate with employees and customers. I am experienced in personnel development with a demonstrated history of working in the professional training & coaching industry. The starting point of my work is the fact that success is a combination of skills and personality. To live up to this approach, I have developed Personality & Skills Development - the combination of the best of 2 worlds: 1. Training (doing = concrete solutions for practice): Knowledge transfer & training of situations of the daily business to increase the ability to interact and to communicate with employees and customers successfully. 2. Personality development (being = attitude): Natural enhancement of the personality (charisma, persuasiveness, composure, etc.). The focus is on (unconscious) attitudes to relevant aspects of leadership or selling. Last but not least: 3. Get-it-done (the implementation into the daily business): In order, the new knowledge and skills become a new habit, measures will be defined and the results of the implementation discussed. By means of this set-up, development takes place in all areas: knowledge, ability and personality. This allows an individual and sustainable positive change - for anyone who wants.
