Petaluma Community Access is a nonprofit member organization with three public access television channels and a radio station, KPCA. Founded in 1996, PCA has been broadcasting community events and member-created content for over 25 years. KPCA got its official spot on the fm dial in 2017 after 2 years broadcasting online. We train people how to use equipment, encourage community involvement, and record the city council meetings for 4 cities in Sonoma County. "If you shoot it, we'll show it."
