Peter Thompson Coaching

Hello, I’m Pete. I help people and small businesses who find themselves at a fork in the road on their journey to success. I’ve travelled some winding roads to get here, having built a global hydrographic consultancy with my business partner. Now I take all those bruising lessons learned and hard yards stomped, crunch them all up and use them in my coaching practice. There, I’m pretty craft-focused and people-centric. What does that mean? Well, I create a space for people to dig deep into the work they do and create an environment where challenges faced can be stared down and tackled, head on. I want people to leave our sessions thinking: “Now I know what I need to do”. Practical stuff, not fluff. Maybe it’s deeper culture building that needs exploring, or just helping unstick what’s stuck to help progress careers, or we’ll crack a formula to find funding for a Big Leap forward. I find that just being curious is a good place to start. We can take things from there.
