RGIPT FIPI Student Chapter

The main objectives of FIPI are: To develop trained, experienced and motivated manpower for dynamic growth and exploration of oil and gas and its further processing into downstream areas. To identify ways for adopting the modern technologies as well as to apply knowledge of relevant contemporary technologies to meet the challenges facing the oil and gas industry around the world. To provide a platform for scientists, technologists, planners and policy makers, management experts and entrepreneurs and to solicit their views in order to catalyze a realization for substantial global energy security To promote research in upstream and downstream areas of the industry To take over any existing setup under the name of Petrotech together with all the assets and liabilities to promote the activities of the Society To cooperate with other societies, institutions and organizations, national or international, in the pursuit of all or any of the above objectives.
