The Malta Private Equity and Venture Capital Association is a market-driven initiative to promote Malta as an international business centre ideal to host private equity firms and venture capital fund structures.
Vision: To be the voice of Malta's private equity and venture capital activity.
Mission: To promote private investment on the Island, including Malta as a destination for Private Equity and Venture Capital firms and funds. The association shall act as a hub where the industry players gather to learn, network and represent the industry with the Government and policymakers. Finally, the association must be at the forefront of inciting the necessary capital-raising cultural change within the business community and the regulatory change or enhancement within the MFSA that affects this economic activity.
