PFIP - Philippine Financial & Inter-Industry Pride

The Philippine Financial & Inter-Industry Pride (PFIP) is a collaborative, voluntary, and non-profit community of practice composed of dedicated representatives from LGBT+ employee resource groups and human resource or diversity teams of private firms in the Philippines. As the leading voice and champion of LGBT+ workplace inclusion in the Philippines, PFIP promotes safe spaces and inclusive opportunities for all talents regardless of their SOGIESC. We started with five companies from the banking and financial industry in October 2013 and now have over 80 members from across multiple industries.
