The Prince George’s Arts and Humanities Council (PGAHC) is the legislative arts agency of Prince George's County dedicated to advancing arts, culture, and humanities. PGAHC provides leadership, programs, services, and support in areas including advocacy, grants and financial assistance for artists, arts organizations, and countywide arts education initiatives, commissions and care for public art collections, hosts free community events and programs, promotes literary arts, assists filmmakers with local film production, and advocate for cross sector creative programming to address civic issues in order to create and sustain a rich and vibrant community.
