Pharmacogenomics LLC was formed to create a platform for pharmacogenomic specialized clinical pharmacists who directly work with patients and along physicians to directly improve the quality of patient outcomes and expand the scope of knowledge in the practice of truly personalized medical care. We strive to use cutting edge information and innovations to achieve a higher level of patient safety and correct therapeutic goals. In addition to patient care, we aim to be a resource for patients and physician’s to understand the importance of pharmacogenomics and interdisciplinary practice methods.
