The largest oncologic phase 1 center in Scandinavia with more than 50 ongoing trials for solid and hematologic malignancies. Extensive experience in first-in-human trials. Main areas of interest are targeted therapies, bispecific T-cell engagers and immuno-oncology. Nation-wide network with other oncology centers for referral of candidates for clinical trials including a weekly national molecular tumor board with more than 2000 cases presented annually for discussion and referral between oncology centers. Excellent cooperation with regulatory authorities on protocol submission for both CTR and IVDR matters. Extensive in-house collaboration with diagnostic departments for whole genome sequencing incl germline, RNAseq, HLA-predection and exome-wide CNV calling (Dept. of Genomic Medicine) for identification of targets for targeted therapies and enrichment of patient populations. Phase 1 Unit located on-site at Rigshospitalet, Denmark's largest hospital with full access to eg. ICU, Radiology, Nuclear Medicine etc. Close cooperation with the academic environment at University of Copenhagen for translational studies. National collaboration on trial allocation using the TrialNation network.
