Phoenix Electrical Installations Ltd have been providing electrical services for over 14 years. Our head office is located in Southend on Sea Essex which is ideally positioned for works across the whole of Essex and the surrounding counties. We opened our Maldon office in March 2020, covering North Essex and the East of England. We are general and specialist electrical contractors covering all works including commercial and domestic electrical installation, fire alarm systems, smoke control systems, emergency lighting, CCTV and access control, electric heating systems and testing and certification. We carry out both planned and reactive maintenance as well as offering design and install and project management. We are able to offer cost effective tailor made designs and solutions to satisfy all planning, building control and SAP requirements. We will liaise with architects, building control and connection providers on behalf of our clients making the whole process as straightforward and hassle free as possible. Our ethos is customer satisfaction and high quality workmanship. We undertake projects of all sizes and values and efficient project management ensures all of our work is to the same consistently high standard and we are able to keep costs competitive for our clients. We ensure that all our work is completed on schedule with the minimum of fuss to our clients. We place great emphasis on customer care and our after-care service is second to none. We endeavour to always clearly explain everything that is being quoted for and listen to our client’s needs. Our ongoing success is due the fact that much of our work is repeat business and recommendations from satisfied customers.
