At Physical Equilibrium we offer personal training, nutrition, Pilates, triathlon and run coaching and massage therapy. Within personal training we also offer post rehabilitation personal training and pre/post natal training. We see clients at our midtown Manhattan studio, and our newest location in East Hampton. Our trainers can also see you in your home or office. For those of you not in the vicinity of either of our locations, we offer virtual sessions.
Our goal is to help clients reach their health and fitness goals safely and effectively, whether that be crossing a finish line, shedding pounds, improving strength, or leaning out. For our post rehab clients we work closely with your doctor, physical therapist, chiropractor, or other medical professionals to help bridge the gap between therapy and active lifestyle.
