First-time homebuyers are challenged with the financial constraints and stress burden experienced when attempting to purchase their first home. The affordable housing needs are especially acute for front line medical workers, first responders, city and county employees, front line service workers who willingly serve our communities and recently experiencing the results of high inflation reduced spending power. Pillow Pads brings an innovative, new approach to serve this market and in a way that works seamlessly with the real estate, mortgage providers and affordable housing advocate communities.
