Pimenta Foods is a passion-driven startup project, born out of the desire of two enthusiasts to bring a new quality to the Polish world of antipasti and hummus. It is their love for exploring flavours and sharing them that led them to make the decision of creating a place where they could encapsulate their experiences and passion in an unassuming little box. Pimenta Foods is an establishment that emphasises two aspects: an honest and meticulous approach in selecting only the highest quality ingredients, resulting in concise ingredient lists free from unnecessary additives, and an ethical approach to conducting their business. Therefore, Pimenta is not just a reflection of a love for travel and culinary arts, but also a company where people are paramount. A cornucopia of flavours, transparency, and integrity are the foundations upon which this project was built. During the construction of the production line, innovative manufacturing processes were designed and implemented to handle the ingredients with utmost delicacy.
