Pink Innovation and Technology Club (PinkInTech) at McMaster University is dedicated to helping women and underrepresented minorities navigate the challenges of building technical skills in the fast-paced world of tech. While resources are widely available, the sheer volume of information can feel overwhelming. PinkInTech provides structured, step-by-step guidance through hands-on workshops in areas like AI, software development, cybersecurity, and digital finance, breaking down complex topics into manageable learning experiences. Alongside technical training, we offer career-building support—including resume workshops, interview prep, and leadership development—ensuring our members are not only equipped to succeed but also stand out in their careers.
