Pink Lane Bakery is an independent, artisan bakery based in the heart of Newcastle upon Tyne. Since opening our doors in 2012, we’ve become a beloved local fixture known for our hand-crafted sourdough, seasonal pastries, and a commitment to baking with integrity.
We pride ourselves on doing things the right way—using organic flour, local free-range eggs, and sustainably sourced ingredients. Everything we sell is baked fresh daily in our West End bakery and served with care at our shops in the city centre and Gosforth.
