Pipeline Performance Group has partnered with over 80 companies in their control centers with control room assessments, development of Control Room Management (CRM) plans, implementation of the CRM, audit preparation and facilitation, updated control room design, workload distribution, training programs, and procedures projects. We are currently working with companies on fatigue risk management procedures and providing applicable educational materials. We have performed more than 180 workload assessments including establishing industry benchmarks. We have had four articles related to Control Room Management published in The Pipeline and Gas Journal in 2009-2017. We have written and published Pipeliners Are Human, an Introduction to Human Factors and Health and Fitness for Shiftworkers.
