Pites Kolios holds a modern unit of pita bread production, with 2 production lines and capacity of 50.000 pcs/hr. We operate in the sector of frozen and ambient products, supporting the Food Service market as well as the Retail market.
Since 2013, we have introduced 20 different ambient fresh products in Greek, Danish, German & Cypriot retail market with great success and annual growing sales.
In general, our products reach in 20 countries worldwide including Europe, Russia, USA, Canada and UAE.
Our strategy is to continue its already long - term steady growth by creating new products and establishing new collaborations, while remaining a strong partner.
We produce pita bread in different shapes and tastes, frozen (12 months shelf life) and ambient (50 days shelf life in room temperature). Some of them are Mini pita bread, Classic pita bread, Pocket Round and Oval pita bread, Naan bread, Peinirli bread and Pizza Base. Furthermore, we produce Pocket Round Wholegrain pita bread, which carries Wholegrain Logo and Nordic Keyhole Logo, which means that it is healthier for consumers as it has less sugars, less fats and less salt and it is rich in dietary fibres. Our products are based on selected ingredients that benefit from a rigorous quality approach standardized by certifications such as BRC and SEDEX SMETA - 4 Pillar. They do not contain trans-fat and they are suitable for vegans.
