Our core values are: Development - We provide industry leading development programs to students and young individuals. We help coach the next generation of mechanics, engineers, team managers, drivers and more. Our 1-2-1 sessions are designed to help you understand the direction you want to go in and connect you to the right people to make your dream a reality. Education - We collaborate with educational establishments across the UK. We help attract students to their courses by improving and developing their STEM activities with improved industry contextualisation. A passion of ours is to help educators achieve a high course pass rate and help them keep their students within the industry post-graduation. Engineering - We supply race teams and manufactures with mechanical and engineering support. This can be on either a full time or short term basis and can supply them with only a few days notice.
