Within my role at TedTrax Racing CIC, I aim to use my passion for motorsport and determination to succeed to drive the organisation's mission forward, ensuring that young talents have the support they require to succeed.As the Motorsport Youth Programme Coordinator, my responsibilities are to:- Identify and support ways in which we can inspire young people - Develop and manage youth initiatives - Collaborate with our dedicated core team to ensure we achieve our mission statement In doing this, I aim to support the next generation of motorsport talent and make motorsport highly accessible to them.

Supported Nathan Edwards (5 rounds) and Tom Ovenden (1 round) in 2023.My responsibilities mainly lie with presentation, ensuring the allocated tyres are on the car at the correct time and fuel, making sure the cars have a sufficient amount of fuel for each session. All changes and found data are logged.I also do any other tasks required by the Number 1 Mechanic.2023: Contributed to a pole position and two wins for NE21, after also dealing with some extremely unfortunate luck in the beginning of the season.
