Plan C - Revenue Optimization Strategy

Since I childhood I always dreamed about managing my own hotel. Back in 2000 I started my first job in the hospitality industry, in a restaurant. Since then I never left and had the opportunity to experience many roles, in various departments at multiple companies. Back in 2019 I decided to start my own company. Not my own hotel yet, but as consultant focusing on optimizing revenue & profitability. Over the last 10 years I have worked for multiple companies and markets within Europe. While I started my sales & revenue career with Marriott, I continued my career with independent hotels and groups too. See more about my recently completed and current projects under ‘projects’.
