Planet Bambi - Gisela & Theo Grabowski Foundation

The Planet Bambi Foundation is a non-profit organization that works to motivate all people to improve their own health and the health of our environment in a holistic way. Our approach is based on the principle of "Planetary Health", which sees human health as inextricably linked to the health of our planet. The interaction of a healthy lifestyle, a balanced diet, regular exercise, social integration and a connection to nature is crucial not only to strengthen individual health and social interaction, but also to make a significant contribution to protecting and improving the environment afford. To achieve our vision, we focus on education and cultural development through tailored hybrid learning programs and community events, supported by partnerships with local and national organizations. The heart of our initiative is the foundation’s own Planet Bambi Forest in Thannhausen. Here we are concentrating on the development of a sustainable, climate-resilient urban forest that offers innovative learning opportunities and social meeting places.
