Platinum Hill is a boutique commercial property, leasing and investment house, catering to the Cape Town market. Platinum Hill Properties was established in 2017 as an investment feeder for its parent company Platinum Hill Investments, established in 2004.
The company is headed up by Imraan Allie, who initially worked as portfolio manager for Platinum Hill Investments during his early year’s post varsity. He has a degree in Property Studies Honours from the University of Cape Town, and has previously managed and owned a successful commercial brokerage in the Cape Town area.
The team at Platinum Hill form a close-knit group, and company cohesion is the corner stone of its ethos. This allows the firm to provide its clients with as many investment, leasing and sale opportunities across all their partners and platforms. This approach streamlines the facilitation process and maximises the investment potential for our clients.
