Professionals Middle East (PME) is a team of specialists in kitchen exhaust cleaning and commercial kitchen design. Originally founded in Beirut back in 1999 as Professionals SARL by Elie El Kazzi, PME opened its second office in Cairo in 2018.
PME offers soft and industrial cleaning services for commercial kitchens and facilities, aiming to maintain the health and safety of guests, the satisfaction of staff and employees and the overall performance of the kitchen/facility.
