PNP Law is a medium-sized law office focused on representing and facilitating activities of Polish and foreign, mainly Scandinavian, companies operating on the Polish market. Founded in 1990 by a Danish advocate, we have over 35 years of experience in assisting our clients in general legal matters, preparing contracts, merges and acquisitions, protecting intellectual property rights, solving labour law issues and legal disputes. We are a multi-lingual team ready to solve all aspects of the legal and business tasks we are handling for our clients. Equally intensely, we engage ourselves in numerous pro bono initiatives for the benefit of NGOs and persons who need free legal help. Our legal advice is not only correct.
