Point1 Building Systems is a Delivery Partner for the industry leading Kingspan TEK Building System. We specialise in supplying and installing SIPS buildings throughout the UK to both Domestic and Commercial clients. Our focus is on providing high performance, super thermally efficient structural building enclosures for projects where a fabric lead strategy is required. We offer a range of SIPS panels for wall and roof applications, engineered floor systems and internal walls of varying thickness depending on our clients requirements. In addition to our standard products, we offer a range of upgrades which include air tight tapes, barriers, membranes, battens and additional thermal upgrades. As our name suggests, we see 0.10W/m².k (Point1) as being the optimum level of thermal building performance that the industry should be striving to achieve. Practical building performance that is simple to achieve should not cost the earth.
