Point of Value’s mission is to support and serve individual and team development processes and strengthen person and person- organisation value congruence through experience-based learning. Research shows that when peoples’ personal values are consistent with those of their organisation, motivation and satisfaction with work increase and stress goes down. We have developed a unique interactive tool for ranking values and a storytelling technique that is the foundation of our work.
