Since its inception POKO Partners has developed over $500 million in property, including more than 600 residential units and 500,000 square feet of commercial space. In addition, POKO Management continues to provide property management for all of the residential rental buildings built or rehabilitated, thereby maintaining a long-term investment in the success of POKO’s affordable housing projects.
