Polaris Pathways

We are a team of people driven to eliminate hopelessness among our communities and guide people on their journey throughout recovery. We do this by recruiting and training entry or advanced level peers and people with lived experiences in recovery from mental illness and/or substance use disorder become Certified Peer Support Specialists who deliver services promoting recovery and resiliency. We develop best-in-class learning and community platforms and produce the most engaging and compliant training and continued learning resources to build fulfilling self-determined lives for members of their community.
