The PMG is an outcomes- driven collaborative working together to shape and advance innovative and modern health data policies across the country, and to promote patient and public health data policy literacy. Our vision is a health care system that is grounded in modern data policies across all therapeutic areas and aligned with the principle “as open as possible and as regulated as necessary”. Our objectives are: Leverage a broad and diverse number of cross-collaborative key opinion leaders to advance discussions and collaborations on modern health data policy and health data supply chains; Increase patient and public understanding of data policy issues and promote patient and public engagement and education; and Identify use cases and support collaboration on actionable change initiatives.
