When our founder tasted a delicious smoked brisket in Texas and imagined how it would suit in the Saudi souls: an international taste in authentic cuisine. So, he became determined to nourish his passion. He dedicated himself to learn everything about the smoking and cooking process. He became patient since it takes from 16 to 20 hours to prepare the smoked brisket. After his experimental work, he decided to share his experiences with humanity. Pondo was born for its people to serve the high-quality barbecue experiences prepared delightfully and simply. We are using the finest black Angus beef with the highest quality requirements. We love what we’re cooking and offer our traditional premium quality barbecue combined with the international taste.
