Everything I do starts with a passion for improving care delivery and a deep belief that equity, access, and quality should be non-negotiable in behavioral health. I bring over a decade of experience building scalable partnerships, driving growth across Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial health plans, and leading strategic initiatives that have reached over 160 million covered lives and generated more than $15 million in revenue. My background spans startups, health tech, payers, provider orgs, and nonprofits—always with a focus on underserved communities, mission-aligned innovation, and real-world results. I'm especially drawn to teams solving hard problems in behavioral health, youth and family care, and digital access. I’ve worked with some of the most forward-thinking organizations in healthcare, and I’m proud of what we’ve built—but I’m even more excited about what’s next.
