Power To Her.

Power To Her is an organization focused on empowering women within the local community to encourage social change through educating, promoting and providing the necessary tools and services for progress. Over the last year and a half we have: • Partnered with the UN Europe and Central Asia on the #AwakeNotSleeping Campaign to reimagine traditional fairy tale narratives towards gender equality. • Been featured on a variety of digital publications such as (but not limited to): Buzzfeed, The Female Lead, Free Rani, Bored Panda, etc. • Received nation-wide acclaim and garnered international attention on the implementation of a social media campaign, which created a community of over 90,000 on TikTok and 25,000 on Instagram respectively in 8 months. Increased reach by 7.7 Million video views (+205.19%) and 3 Million page likes (317.87%) in the past 60 days • Led a number of workshops on diversity, intersectionality, and inclusivity at universities and conferences including the Canadian Association of Business Students Conference (CABS), Wilfred Laurier University, Ontario Tech University, and York University.
