Prackfol: Alpine Wine Elegance, Crafted from Mountain Heights and Limestone Soil with passion and excellence from a centuries-old farm in the TIRES valley. The soils, characterized by moraines and volcanic porphyry, lend our wines minerality and a refreshing character. Our grape varieties include Pinot Nero, Sauvignon, Weissburgunder, Vernatsch, and Chardonnay. Each wine is vinified with a delicate sense of the individual characteristics of the grape variety, with the choice between oak barrels and stainless steel tanks left to express the wines' true nature. .The Prackfol vineyard, was first mentioned in a document in 1429. Wine was grown and pressed for the Prösels Castle at Prackfolerhof as early as the 17th century. Our journey goes beyond winemaking—it's a family passion passed down through generations.
