Practice HORA® USA is an L3C business committed to increased physical and mental stability for teens, young adults, and their parents. Our primary goal is conscious evolution of the human species, and we use proprietary, “trance-evolutionary” physical exercises and education to develop this. The exercises and education are based on everyday principles of nature, like gravity, that are identifiable, but not actively utilized in our culture. We strengthen attention, so you can intentionally use it to lead a productive, fulfilling life. We also train “Calmness in Action” for busy people to overcome obstacles and everyday challenges. You will learn how to be calm, strong, and focused while engaging in your everyday, extraordinary life. Our practice has been shown to improve symptoms of anxiety and tension while increasing productivity. We seek to share these skills with ambitious individuals who are looking for a method to productively work with stress, avoid burnout and directly influence their own evolutionary changes through training.
